I did have to tweak one switch in the swamp so far, and adjusted an outlane guide after a dozen or so games on the TAFG.
Chris also did my AFM and TZ. The only thing I have ever done to either is change one burnt bulb in AFM after a year. He puts a lot of effort to "tune em in" before you get it. Took me 3 months to beat the Grand Champ score he put on my TZ. Like any pin, transporting it can cause minor adjustments, so you have to expect something, but as a rule he really has them dialed in. He generally makes them difficult, so some tweaking may be done by the owner to make it more to their personal liking.
Quoted from lb1:Is this a matter of the playfield being super smooth, waxed and fast, the rubbers being new and bouncy, the slingshots switch being super sensitive etc...? Or are there very subtle changes in geometry?
I think he cursed it. Voodoo shit.
It's just much faster and more sensitive. I guess boob got it right, answer is yes.
