I learned how to fix machines by offering to fix up location games near me. A few local bar owners bought some machines thinking it would draw customers, and in a sense it did, until they broke. Then nobody wanted to play them. I DID want to play them. Offered to fix them. Learned to fix them. Fixed them. Now I can play them.
Don't say "nobody" wants to do ... well pretty much anything at all. Somebody certainly does.
