Great price on a awesome pin. If I didn't already have a HEP AFM this would be mine . Chris is a topflite pinsider that will go the extra mile to get a deal done. You can deal with confidence.

Before anyone asks, I'm selling my collection to purchase a large section of land(250 acre's) from a family member. I'm excited to be purchasing the land, but a little bummed out to be selling my pins. I know I can replace the pins in the near future, & the last I checked they're not making anymore land. Lol

That's a lot of land and bigger price rage. Even at $5,000 an acre that's $1.25mil. I have 16 acres and would die for 50 let alone 250. Congrats. If I ever hit it big I'm going to be a land Barron like ted turner. Love me some land, lol.

I'm with you on being a land Barron! I'm paying a Lot less than $5,000 an acre, & considering it is mostly wooded & has a river that crosses the corner of the property, I feel very fortunate to be purchasing it.
