What songs or features would you like to see on an upcoming Jimi Hendrix pinball machine? I have heard at one time he jumped out of perfectly good airplanes in the name of freedom.

    Here's one of my favorites.

    #2 3 years ago

Band of Gypsys upper playfield with machine gun pops.
Maybe a Crosstown Traffic multiball where 4 balls shoot from side scoops while you shoot through the gauntlet for a big skill shot payoff.
    Never gonna happen bruh.

    That's the spirit!

Got to have a Rainbow Bridge spanning the Villanova Junction leading to the Pali Gap...

    #5 3 years ago

Rainbow Bridge was one of the most enlightening movies I ever saw.

    #6 3 years ago

EZ Ryder! That tune fakkin rocks!! I watched Dog Town and Z-boys countless times mainly because of the intro.

    #7 3 years ago

I heard that the deal Stern made with Planetary was that they would build the MM remake, but only if they were allowed to reuse the castle mech, painted tan, in their Hendrix game for Castles Made of Sand Multiball.

    Quoted from Aurich:

Oh, that's cool! Will we see it melts into the sea?

    Eventually.

    #10 3 years ago

Needs a hard limit of 3 balls per game, then once your game is over it shits out 20 more.

    #11 3 years ago

This is probably my favorite thing ever by Hendrix, though I suppose it wouldn't make a very good pin mode.

Evidently there was an Islands Only version of Rainbow Bridge that was produced. It is said to contain the Maui concert footage played over the top of island scenery and surfing video. I have never been able to source a copy--this is so far underground for non-Islanders it isn't funny...

I see somebody's already working up some cool mods for this pin.

Little Wing, Are you Experienced, Voodoo Chile.

Too many good jam's to list.. Johnny B. Goode from Berkley...

    #15 3 years ago

"Purple Haze" purple GI and psychedelic strobe flashers final Wizard mode - complete all the shots in a hurryup while trying to keep track of the ball in the chaos.

Lock 3 balls in the "Red House" to start "Crosstown Traffic" multiball.

Magnetically suspended ball in back of playfield ( the planet Earth ) can be knocked out with a ball hit up a ramp that rises from the playfield after certain goals are met. This starts "Third stone from the Sun" multiball.

+1 to Are you experienced... In my top 5 all time songs. How about If 6 were 9. Could be an interesting mode.

    I wouldn't mind.

1983 a merman I should turn to be. Would be amazing.

    #21 3 years ago

In honor of the El Nino storms that finally started to arrive yesterday, I would like to add Still Raining Still Dreaming to the play list.

    #22 3 years ago

I can't decide if I love this theme idea or if I'm confused...

    Jimi is a God .

If the mountains fall in the sea, let it be, it ain't me.
Got my own world to live through and uh, I ain't gonna copy you.

First time I heard Hendrix was watching this guy...

    Still love this song.

    #30 3 years ago

    What were the rumors?

Hendrix was going to be a Borg design with Dirty Donny art? Purple Haze LE with purple powdercoat would probably get my $$.

White collared conservative flashing down the street,

Pointing their plastic finger at me.
They're hoping soon my kind will drop and die,
But I'm gonna wave my freak flag high, high.

    #32 3 years ago

Fall mountain, just don't fall on me.

    #33 3 years ago

I just hope Lyman does the code. I will not buy a stern unless Lyman does the code!

    #34 3 years ago

Gotta have Voodoo Chile and Room Full of Mirrors

You serious? I can't see this happening.

    lol

Plays the Star Spangled Banner during wizard mode!

    #40 3 years ago

Euro Electric Ladyland(NSFW) cover for cab art is a must.

    #41 3 years ago

I'm in for this if Borg does the design!

    #42 3 years ago
    Quoted from Fishbeadtwo:

I'm in for this if Borg does the design!

I'd be happy with either Borg or Ritchie. What I'd really like is to get Lyman for the code.

    #43 3 years ago

As long as it has All Along the Watchtower on it, I am good (Yes I know Dylan wrote it...)

    #44 3 years ago

Maybe they can use the tower from MMR also, along with the castle.

    #45 3 years ago
    Quoted from Fresh_Wax:

You get two uses for one toy I like it. Maybe have a watchtower physical lock and an All Along the Watchtower multiball that kicks them to the field when it starts.

Would be awesome if the castle sunk into the sea (under the PF) once beaten.

    #46 3 years ago

I think we have a pretty good song list now and I agree with everybody's selections. I've only got one more.

    #47 3 years ago

I just want the back glass to do this.

How cool would it be to have a back glass that did the old psychadelic oil bubble show..

    #48 3 years ago

Seriously contemplating buying a bass just to play Third Stone From the Sun on...(not really, would play more than that, but been at the music store trying to hit that badass bassline).

    #49 3 years ago

You'll never hear surf music again...

    #50 3 years ago

You boys got yer Star Wars tickets ? Got mine. First time I've ever bought opening night tix.
Let us welcome back the Wookie.
