Same dimensions-shape as the plastic cannon - he must of made a rubber mold of it. However, Matt's is made out of sold piece (fiberglass - rubber or epoxy material).
Matt's is fits perfect.

I have the plastic cannon that I bought from Hemi back in 2012. Went through two plastic wheels spokes that broke when balls hit them . I found some wooden cannon wheels on ebay that I used to replace and have not had any problems since. I made a thread about it but forget the title.
