I bought a few machines for my home arcade and then I was paralyzed in one hand. Now I can’t use any of the games I bought?! My Twilight Zone is effectively new and I just need help figuring out a fair number. I’m in the Seattle area, so I figure that there should be a number of pinheads who may know the local market and offer advice. Apologies for the cracked windshield pic, it won’t delete...

If you are still interested in keeping the game, there are some concepts for one-handed pinball add-on devices. I haven't really been following developments too closely, but someone watching or working on one of those projects might be able to help.

You DO have some options, too:
First, you could do a little rewiring, so one flipper button will fire both (four) flippers.

Second, if you don't have anyone to help modify the game (not that difficult - if I was up in your area I'd do it for free, and make sure it's reversible), you can try contacting Ted Estes ( check_switch_26 ) and see if he would be a standup guy and forward the custom H8 (I think, may be an earlier version) software he made for a friend with the same issue.

In either case, good luck! It's a gorgeous game, from what I can see.

I'm local and would be willing to make this modification (in a reversible [non-invasive] manner).

I actually had that exact thing done already and it works great! What I was asking is what a fair price is for the machine? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Found it interesting no one answered the one question you asked from the beginning. Around 7500$ given all is in working order.

Around here I think $7500-7800 sounds about right

Curious. When you say bought a few games which are essentially new are you saying you bought this TZ in 93 and it’s sat there new since? Or you recently bought them and they are essentially new to you? Would help define value. Only asking by the visible mods like gum balls, piano etc.
