All voltages are perfect, old original boards boot and work fine, just some switch matric issues.

Per the directions the test rom boots if all of the DS3 are set to down. The LED;s flash as they should and SW1 makes the LEDs go on a off per the directions. However once I proceed to jumpering to my FLASH it will not boot, both LEDS lock on and nothing shows on displays. The battery is removed.

Not sure what to do next.

Stupid directions, and me being fixated on the word "OPEN" on the dipswitches was the issue.

See I grew up overclocking AMD motherboards and CPUS all the way back to the K6 series. The dip switches were always down for 0 or OFF. And up for 1 or ON.

On this MPU the word OPEN is stamped in small letters on the bottom of the dip switches, and on this board OPEN is a 1 and CLOSED is a 0. To me this is not logical. To the engineers maybe it was. Of course I had it switched exactly the opposite.
