As for "white glove", it depends on which type of pinhead you plan to be. If you want everything done for you, sure, go for it. However, if you are planning to stay in the hobby, get it delivered in a box, and get over the intimidation factor by setting it up yourself with a friend to help lift it. That way you get all the rush of the NIB experience. Plus you learn a bit for the next game. Anyone that is in this hobby had to setup their first machine at some point... so get on with it.
Oh, and at some point you will also nick or dent your first game too. Nobody wants that to happen, but it will at some point. Get over that one quick too.
