I've had my Iron Maiden Premium since launch ( running on latest code ) and when I hit either flipper button it is acting like a ball is hitting the ORB. Also I cant select a song, when I hit either flipper ot does not move left or right. It just collects the orb and starts the ball in play. I've updated the code and it was no help. In the switch test when I push the left ot right flipper ot shows the clairovoyent is being activated. Here is a video, not sure where to look.

I'd go into switch test and bang on playfield, any switch that registers needs adjusting so it isn't so sensitive.

You need to go under the playfield and adjust the orb switch mechanism. The post that activates the switch probably needs to be tightened and secured with blue locktite so it doesn’t unthread again. And/Or you may need to open the switch gap slightly.

Happened to me out of the box. The latter solution above fixed it.

Exactly this. Had the same issue and opening the switch slightly fixed it!

Thanks guys!!! After a few minutes I got the gap adjusted on the switch, first try left it open a little too much. I'll dialed in now, thanks for the help!!!!
