Second the misaligned coil/bracket. Loosen the coil bracket and move it slightly, may take a few tries to find the right alignment. Also check that the brackets are all at true 90 degree angles. I had a coil bracket that was bent slightly and held the coil slightly crooked that caused the same problem.
