So black goo started oozing out of the games playfield? Sounds like the work of the mind flayer to me. You should have tried kicking the machine then pouring a clear liquid, like sprite on it to neutralize the Flayers powers. If that failed you could have asked your boss to buy him a new game.
If I know Jim M, he’ll be back on the streets in no time. Anyone involved should be ready for anything.

Careful, Slim and M do not like each other at all. They both used to borrow The Owner’s van and some bad stuff happened. We shouldn't really even be talking about this.
