Looking for some help with a EBD translite replacement. I have recieved my translite replacement. My old one is in bed shape. Lots of flaking. How do I get the old translite off of the glass? Seems like it’s screened on or is it the age that has made it adhere to the glass? Is there a solvent that would remove it?

#eight-ball-deluxe originally had a backglass. The paint on a backglass adheres to the glass. Do not remove it from the glass. It is now wall art.

Instead, get a new piece of tempered glass and some backglass trim. Use the trim to secure your new translite to the new piece of glass.
