There is a switch on the outhole relay that causes the score motor to run. Clean and adjust this switch and see if that clears up the issue.
If you have already cleaned and adjusted the switches on the outhole relay and the motor still doesn't run, look for a broken yellow or orange-green wire at the solder lug of one of the outhole relay switches. That is the switch that is supposed to run the motor.
