    .1M usually means 0.1uF. 25V. Should be a pretty generic part available everywhere

    That that will work fine. Voltage ratings on a capacitor is a maximum so 50v cap can always replace a 25v capacitor. Based on the picture this is probably a decoupling capacitor so the class of capacitor and tolerance ratings not that important in this application.
