Check in coil test, see if it moves.
If not, then dig deeper. Worn or dirty parts, broken wire to coil. Etc. etc.

When i take it and push it to the left with my hand then i run the coil test it moves it to the middle and stops. Will not go to the right all the way. But i hear it trying too.

The coil only pulls it to the right, there should be a return spring that upon power ceasing to the coil returns it to the left.
You're missing the return spring, I believe it's part # 10-362.
Got it. When the ball goes into the shooter lane it rest on a switch and a metal housing sits there above the plunger rod. The metal housing was bent hitting the diverter. All fixed now. Look at the pic and you can see the metal hitting it at the bottom of the diverter.
