    You have 7 flashes so that's good. The GI comes strait off the transformer so that will come on no matter what.
    The games goes into lamp test you say? So that means it's booted. What about the other tests like solenoid test?
    Displays need 190v from the HV power supply on the SD board. Your next step is to check the input and output voltages and the tiny fuse on that.
    What about the coils test? Does it cycle through? Not sure if KR had one but look for a playfield fuse on the bottom of the playfield by the flippers.
