I'd like in on this but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to enter. It says they'll only ship to US locations, which is fine (I have a US ship-to address).. but then in the official rules it says it's only open to US residents. Here's hoping I'm still allowed to enter!

Not necessarily... Paypal doesn't do raffles. I've run into this problem myself. Any reference to a "raffle" is a red flag and will get your account locked pretty fast. When I did something similar, I just had people send money as gifts and put a keyword in the notes.

It's not an instant flag, but if Paypal catches a sniff of a "raffle" they put a halt to it. They're usually caught on to the scent by a sudden in-flux of deposits equaling the same amount.

It's actually pretty scary how much control they have over your Paypal account.. they can freeze and withdraw from them any time they like it seems. I'm surprised there isn't more government regulation over Paypal, the amount of $$$ passing through their systems daily HAS to be equal to the big banks by now.

Also their fees and exchange rates suck. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
