Also there is a service fee for buying raffle tickets now? Just bought three tickets and was charged a $17.84 service fee

The email must have gone to your spam folder, they send an email when the raffle sells out with drawing dates and a list with all the names so you can make sure you're on there. They post on their FB and website when they put new games in hospitals.
It is for sure not a scam, they're really making a difference for sick children and people like you and me who could win a brand new game.

Yeah a few hours ago it said $300 left/98% sold out so I bought four tickets (should be the last four). The transaction went through but strangely it said my tickets were numbers 195-198, it should have been 197-200 I think?
Of course I clicked out of the page and have not got an email confirmation (usually they are sent right away in the past, maybe the rally up system is messed up?) and the rally up page still says 98%.
I thought these updated in real time? Hope my tickets went through for this drawing, if they get bumped to the next premium raffle the drawing might not be until 2018 lol

It confirmed I bought four tickets earlier even gave me my numbers, what happened? It still says 98% and will only let you buy one ticket

I got the confirmation page and it said my ticket numbers and that my credit card was charged but I never got an email and the number never changed. It still says 98% now even though I again tried to buy another ticket 20minutes ago and it said there was one left then at the end of checkout it said there was an error. Still now says 98% something is messed up if people are posting they bought tickets.

That's how it usually works, not today however. See if your card was charged

I think that date is just a placeholder, after they verify all the names and tickets they email everyone with a date and time of a video drawing.

Yes the anonymous option is just so your name isn't displayed on the rally up site. Project pinball has all the names in their database.

If you win a pro you can always pay the difference to the distro and upgrade to a premium.

They do multiple raffles a year. Usually when one sells out they start another one shorty afterwards. Their site has updates on the hospitals they put games in and also post updates here on pinside from time to time as well as FB.
