I was confused by that as well. That means 156 different people purchased tickets. Some purchased multiple tickets. All 200 sold and it says the Drawing Date: May 28, 2017 at 8:00pm EST
I hate to say it, but this was my first and will likely be my last donation. I was looking forward to a live drawing. To be told a winner was picked already sure doesn't leave me warm and fuzzy...

I don’t see the value of the high service charge, when I bought tickets I never received a email confirmation or entry number.
I agree the fees seem pretty steep and the fact a few people reported fraud on their credit cards after purchasing tickets is concerning. As far as the email confirmation, they seem to end up in my spam filter so you might want to check that.
