1 ticket in each of 4 drawings gives you (4) 1/200 chance of winning or 4/800 (1/200). Your odds don't change across multiple drawings, only if you buy multiple tickets in a single drawing. Buying 4 tickets in a single drawing will increase your odds to 4/200 or 1/50.

Multiple drawings will obviously give you multiple chances to win but your odds of winning each drawing remains the same.
