If you're asking whether the winners had one or multiple tickets in the drawing that they won, I bought only one ticket for the drawing when I won my SW Premium. Of course I've also bought single tickets in a number of other drawings over the years so my total spent on Project Pinball raffles is well north of $75, but still far below the cost of a new machine!

I've never won anything but I buy 2 tickets for every pro raffle (this is the first one I missed out on in a while)
When I can swing it, I also grab 1 ticket for premium draws.
I need to check my funds, but i would LOVE to get in on that new jurassic park raffle!
This one sold out, but im sure another one will be ran soon.

This is my typical M.O., one for the Premium and two for the Pro. Just remember, if you buy two tickers you double your chances.
