Ive got the delivery guy here and my MMR is damaged. do i reject the delivery?

head is dinged up and lock down bar is fubar

Okay, bought it through Jack, but it's pretty late in the day, so no one is answering over there. I refused it. Lock down was damaged pretty good, so I wasn't sure what else might have been underneath there. I paid way too much to have it already dinged up. The delivery guy was nice, but said, "This happens all the time!"

Jack just returned my call, says he'll make it right.

Yes, it was painful to see it put back on the truck, but had to be done. I got to see the gold armor in person finally, like it! I'm kicking myself now for not taking quick pics of the front decal and how the start button was lined up!

Just an update, supposed to be getting a new machine sent out early next week.

New machine being delivered in about 30 minutes. I'm nervous it's going to be damaged again!

Okay, in the garage! Box looked to be in good shape and I popped the top open just to peek inside (couldn't resist snapping a quick pic of the start button!).

Just need to lug it into the basement, stay tuned!

Listened to "American Beauty" while I set it up, as it's been a long, strange trip. Great looking machine, makes TOTAN look like a turd next to it! My wife already has her name in it, I'm struggling to break 5 mil. Thanks to Katie at pinball sales for making this purchase really easy!

I was very nervous about the gold, but just decided to try and have some faith in whomever's decision it was to pick that color for the LE and very glad I did. I'm not sure what the "baby poop" people are seeing exactly. Looks like gold to me, very happy with it.
