.....and....this is EXACTLY what happens when you build a commercial machine around a $100 PC motherboard.....it is not going to end well for a lot of owners as these machines age and the new, replacement motherboards/RAM etc are no longer compatible with, well, anything else in the machine! How will owners transition the dongle (or however the program is protected) across to a 100% new, more modern motherboard without a lot of grief?
I can't understand why 'some' manufacturers seem to think their buyers should be computer experts when all that SHOULD be required is to turn on the machine and play it - no computer jargon crap!
Lucky Stern hasn't gone this route.....good on them! (although node boards are far too expensive)
