Hi all ,

I was working on Tron and somehow the subwoofer (flipper fidelity) connector lugs got shorted out, before I could figure out what had happened, damage occurred and now the subwoofer is putting out full range sound.

I also have leads coming off the subwoofer line to an external sub (Polk 10” psw-10). The external sub is acting normally as far as I can tell. It’s possible something happened to the flipper fidelity sub.

I’m hoping someone with audio and Stern Sam situations like this can help out so I can get that low end back properly.

I went home for lunch, and tested out some things, I also went overboard and installed this amp to see if I could get good bass read out...

The signal is in fact good, I believe I only blew the amp for the low side. This 1200 W amp makes the cabinet shake like a Ford LTD with 2 15inch subs in it!

I will be removing the power supply and the overkill amp, I have a set of 10” subs in a box, I will hook the amp to those and see if I can shake the room, instead of the pinball machine. Seriously, someone needs to make a custom formed ported sub box for Tron
