I have a mirco playfield in my JJP GnR and it is a defective product. JJP changed their warranty to specifically not include the playfield because they know they are selling a faulty product.

Write to me mirco and i'll give you my address so you can have me served for telling the truth.

Taking my GnR to the biggest pinball show in Australia where i will tell anyone who will listen about Jersey Jack and Mirco's attitude, shit products and disgusting customer service. And the near criminal act of trying to change their warranty terms mid production.
We have 12 months statutory warranty here anyway JJP so you'll have to pay up or fuck your distributor over. Bet i know which they'll choose.

We don't have to be experts on clear coat because we are not selling products with clear coat. The manufacturers are supposed to be experts, that's the whole point.

No-one here is offering solutions, the manufacturer should stop production until such time as the fault is identified and corrected, including correcting it for the faulty products already sold.

Mirco certainly seems to give a shit about some of it, whole point of the thread is that he made a complaint to Robin.
