I'm going to wait for one of the guys that know this stuff forward and back to chime in. If no one get in tomorrow night I'll grab the schematic and see if I can get you pointed in the right direction. Please keep in mind that something going out on the game could not only take out a capacitor but could work its way all the way back to the PIA. So just replacing resistors and caps might not work because the problem worked its way back further
