If you have a shorted, or backwards coil diode, this fuse will blow the moment the TIP turn on, the excessive current usually destroys the TIP, and often the diode as well. I would say check your coil wiring, especially those that were worked on and make sure the YEL-VIO wire is on the same coil lug as the diodes cathode (striped side) if you find one that's not, correct the wiring AND replace both the TIP and the diode.
NOTE: Anytime you replace Q1-16 in this game, its best to upgrade the original STP20N10L to the beefier IRL540.
