Woke up this morning to the wife shrieking like a banchee and running through the house. I went into the kitchen and found this guy. Hey assume the cat brought it in. Does anyone have any experience raising these things? Right now I’m trying to get it to drink evaporated milk. I have raised regular squirrels but never a flying one. He is so tiny.

Once he’s weaned he will eat pretty much anything you would expect a squirrel to eat. It loved lettuce or peanuts or even meat. The really bond with the person that raises them, he would stay on her shoulder or in her shirt when he wasn’t in a cage.
He's adorable! Try maybe one of those medicine syringes for kids?
Maybe it would be similar enough for him to try to suckle on it? I'm not a squirrel expert unfortunately but I've used it successfully with skunks before. Then again basically everything is food to them.

Call a wildlife shelter. They would be better equipped to tend to his needs and release him back into the wild, or at least offer advice on what to do.

I wouldn’t know where to put him and the cat would eat him. The cat is the reason I have him in the first place. His brother/sister didn’t make it.
I would feed him Kitten formula and they have a tiny bottle feeder. You need to feed him every two hours and keep him warm
Look for a nest and set him nearby, see if mom takes him back. If bottle feeding, warm the formula. Feed little and often and clean face afterwards.

The ABSOLUTE BEST choices of formula for infant squirrels are Esbilac or GOAT’S MILK ESBILAC. These are puppy’s milk replacers, and closely resemble the components of a flying squirrel's mother's milk. They are made by Pet-Ag and available at Pets-Mart, PetCo and Tractor Supply. Some Vet offices keep a supply on hand. UPCO usually has the best price if you order online www.upco.com or phone/mail order at (800) 254-8726. 1- 12 oz can of the powder should be enough to raise 1 squirrel to weaning age. The mixing ratio is 3 to 1; 1 part formula powder to 3 parts water. Formula is only good for 72 hours after it is reconstituted or mixed, then the vitamin and minerals will begin to evaporate, so mix small amounts accordingly. The Goat Milk Esbilac is made of a goat milk base, and does not bloat, constipate or cause diarrhea.

I have had cats my whole life and always enjoyed them but the one I have now my whole family hates. I raised him from a tiny baby like this squirrel but he is mean. He picks fights and gets his ass kicked constantly I wont even take him to the vet because he constantly does it. He is fixed but he still pees on everything. He peed in my neighbors 67 Mustang and he was pissed off. Its just a Ford though so it was really no big deal. He constantly brings in critters, usually mice and moles but if they aren't dead I have to hunt them down or in this case raise it. He is just an asshole. My son wants to kill it or haul it off but I wont let him. I would love to do either but Im the one who brought him home. I will get the correct milk for him on the way home today. He is looking better already. Any suggestions for a name in case he sticks around?

I once owned a cat , it was one cool cat , his name was Batmite this would be a good name for this rodent. 
Ditto on the advice that a local or nearby wildlife rescue would have some helpful tips or they may even be able to take and rear it for you until it’s old enough to be released. I volunteer at a St Louis wildlife center and they care for hundreds of baby squirrels a year. I know the really young ones like to burrow in washcloths for warmth and the Center places heat pads underneath the cages to help the babies keep warm, as they can’t regulate their body temperature very well. The younger the animal, the more times they need to be fed per day and it is a formula mixture. Good luck!!
Here in NY you can get a fine for having a squirrel as a pet. My work partner had pictures on facebook and the game warden came to his house and fined him a hefty amount and he had to release the animal.

They came to me and told me to give the ones I had to them and I said no that I wanted to raise them. They very forcefully told me that they were going to take them and if I didn’t give them up willingly they would take them and take me to jail. Apparently raccoons carry some funky diseases and parasites and one should never keep them as pets.
This little guy is now wide eyed and bushy tailed and is demanding food. I use a Bic pen cap and dip the stem in the milk and let him suck it off. This keeps the milk from getting in his lungs and killing him. He fussed and I feed him and he goes back to sleep. He is happy for now.

Most states have at least some laws against keeping native/undomesticated wildlife as pets.
You should probably do the right thing and turn the animal over to a qualified wildlife rehabilitation specialist. If it was me though, I would probably go the owning a pet squirrel route.
We have one. Cat got him when he was a baby. We got the Similac milk mix and he got one eye dropper of milk every couple of hours. You just squeeze the bulb a tiny bit and he swallows a bit, repeat. After he's about 5 weeks or so you can start giving him tiny bits of mushed up fruit and some small pieces of nuts. Then as he grows he'll eat a lot of nuts, vegetables and fruit. He's nocturnal so eventually he'll sleep all day and wake up around 10pm and play until 2pm and then play/nap until 7am when he'll go back to sleep. Ours sleeps in a big plastic cup with towells in it. We keep him in a rabbit cage during the day and he loves it. Put long sticks in it for him to chew and run on.
They're fun , enjoy him!
I've always wanted to own a sugar glider but they are illegal in PA. If a flying squirrel stumbled into my house I would keep it for sure since they are legal here.

The same way I keep the cat away from the guinea pig. Throw shit at the cat when it gets close to it and keep the door closed to the room its in when I'm not home. I am seriously thinking about rehoming the cat. It is a terrible cat. It is just pure evil. Even my dog tried to kill it once and he loves everything. He tries to play with the guinea pig but it is scared to death of him. He pokes it with his nose to make it squeak.

Friends I have that have raised Flying squirrels have been able to keep toilet training under control.
A Cage to provide security, that opens to a few branches they mounted up high on a wall.
They found that like a dog greets you when coming home, their pet flying squirrel would glide down to their shoulder and hang there, or in a pocket/pouch for hours, if desired.
Very Smart, Alert, and would chatter a warning when other animals presence even outside a window were
detected. Loved gentle scratching.
I so wanted to try raising one after visiting their home.....

Thanks for the info and for being concerned. I have become attached to him and will give him a good home. I have never had a flying squirrel before but the red squirrel I had was, as you say, like a small dog. He looked forward to me being home so he could play. He loved to play tag on the bed. He would run under the bed and come up one side or the other and jump on me and then run back under the bed. He would sleep in my lap like a cat. I miss him.

Well, since you did ask, Barack shit and pissed all over the whole country but the Maverick is so tiny that he still sleeps all day. Even when grown they are so small that you wouldn't notice if it pooped. You can't let them run loose, they will get into trouble. He has a while before he can get into Top Gun training.
