(Just kidding, as a 17 year old I appreciate any level of pin even some people wouldn't take. Save all the pins! This doesn't look too too bad, depends on technical condition and playfield condition though.)

Fire and other Williams pins of that vintage had crappy paint jobs from the factory. Sand it, prime it, and paint it.
