help me identify a weird looking capacitor

Hello all,

Working on my Williams High Speed system 11 board and I ran across these funny looking capacitors. Well they look funny to me. They are at C8, C15, and C30. According to the manual they are electrolytic capacitors however I have never seen any with a bump on the ends. Replace them with the "normal" e-caps?

Looks like the capacitors are failing/expanding.

It's a capacitor can style from the 70s/80s. Yes, it's an electrolytic cap.

It might be bloated a bit, though.

I'm with LTG make life better for you and the board and replace every capacitor on the board.
