I've given up on this guy. I have no idea how he stays in business. No email on his website. You call the number on his website and you get a message saying the inbox is too full to leave a message.
Here's my experience with him. I bought a system 11 LED replacement display from him at allentown this year. It was supposed to come with a red filter to go over the LED's which he forgot to bring to the show. He told me to send him an email when I got home to remind him to send one to me. No email on his website so I found him on pinside. He replied he would mail me the filter right away. After a few weeks nothing. Follow up mails went unanswered.
I saw him in person at pintastic. He apologized and said he forgot and said he would mail it out first thing in the morning. Still waiting.
Lucky for me for me this is not an expensive thing, but thats not the point. The point is he lies to your face and once he has your money he ignores you. I will never buy from him again and never recommend him to anyone again.
This is not an isolated incident. If you do a pinside seach on Jeff from classicarcades he appears to have a lot of negative feedback from past customers. Someone with such little regard for customer service has no business staying in business.
