Quoted from Tango:

I was first going to reseat all the connectors, especially around the sound board, but there are so many, and it seems like a long shot, any similar experience or thoughts about what might be causing the issue?

It's a decades-old pinball machine... reseating connectors is standard practice, not a long shot. Connectors and connection points are one of the few places in an electrical system that are going to be directly affected by physically moving the machine.

Thank you, We'll give it a shot. I was also thinking I might make sure the speaker wires are away from any others.

Yes, check everything. Since you said it was working fine before the move, it has to be something that can pop loose or move with vibration.
