Wizard of Oz (Yellow Brick Road LE)

I have a YBR oz that if we have 2 or more players, the ball will automatically shoot from the trough on like the 2nd or 3rd player. I’ve turned off the automatic shoot and took off shooting with flipper buttons. Also, did a reset to default and it’s still doing it. Does anyone know a fix for this or any suggestions? Thanks all.

Going to check the amount of balls in the trough this weekend. From what I found out, it looks like only 5 balls should be loaded. For some reason, I "think" there is more but not 100% sure. I'll definitely check that first. Would the balls be magnetized if they were the originals from JJP?
