The magnet switch is now available, Marco, and the place that sell the no flix LEDs (sorry I can't remember the name off the top of my head right now) sells parts for it. I don't know about the threaded rod for the glove, but I do know they sell the x,y nuts for the hand. I have a JM, it is a fast and fun game. It is/was one of those games that people didn't give it a chance like Congo, and Judge dread due to the theme. If it is beat up to bad, then you might want to hold out for a better machine (unless the price is right of course). The reds on the cab are almost always faded like most Williams machines. Good luck, it would be a great first pin!
