After removing a power driver board from TSPP I noticed someone else was here before me. Does anyone know what was being accomplished here? I think is it transistor Q15 and Q16.

Ha! Same machine

I am doing a temporary swap with Ray. I did not know when I posted this that he had asked the same question. So I guess it's just an ugly fix to bring both transistors to ground with some added diode protection.
