I just got a Police Force that had the top of the playfield mostly torn down. I got it mostly all back together pretty well using pics from ipdb and some common sense and trial and error, but I still have a couple issues. I haven't messed with any settings except to "Set Medium" on the difficulty, but all the other settings are what they were when I got it--the batteries were good.

1. Does anybody know where all the rubbers go? The manual is mostly worthless for that, and the pix on ipdb are too small and most of them feature black rubber so I can't see much.
2. The top left diverter for the wireform. I know it works because I can hear it actuate, but it is always open. Even on the last ball, when you try to go for the right ramp twice, if you hit it the first time, the cop car has to bring your ball back for the next shot. Where the heck is the switch for that? I see it in the diagram (sort of) but I cannot find it on the machine!?
Also ball lock seems to be lit most all of the time.

If anybody has some close up pix, it would really help a lot. Thanks.

I've only had it working a few days and only played a couple dozen games, but it's a really fun machine. Glad to be on the Force.

You are magic baby. Thank you! That helps A LOT. I wish I had asked before I put it back together, but I pretty much guessed right on most of it except over by the Loan Shark. Very nice job cleaning that sucker up. I think I might take the cheesy stickers off the pops like that too. I still need to figure out the diverter, but this is a huge help for this PF noob. It looks like I am missing the turtle plastic too.

Thanks again.

Holy cow, upload all your photos to the Police Force shop-out image gallery! These will help a ton because I'm not sure about some of them either.

Ok PF people. I got mine almost 100% but I need 1 more thing. I need a pic or something that tells me the order of the wires that go to the gi relay on the back of the backglass board (solenoid 11). Somebody removed the relay and the larger connector and taped the wires together. I have a new relay, but I don't know how to wire the connector. If I could get a close-up or just a list of the order of the colors, I could rewire a connector for it.

Thanks!

Perfect shot! Thank you so very much. EXACTLY what I needed.
Beauty baby. Thanks again.

Well...I'm gonna impose on you one more time (hopefully this is it). It looks like somebody hacked the other end of the green wire to the connector, back on the light board in the head. The pic on ipdb ain't hi-res enough to see the colors. I need a pic of the connector on the lower right half of the light board below the mpu. Please.

MeEtc: Thanks a lot. Again.

I'm just gettin' started on spit-polishing mine up, this is a huge relief to know you guys are way ahead of me. Now I just have to try to decide how deep down the rabbit hole to go on this one.

Sorry for the late reply, I don't come on the site that often. And please ignore my own hack job on J9. I have a replacement connector, just haven't got around to swapping it.
