Help! Flipper sticks when game warms up

    Game is a KISS pro. Flippers have normal action when game is cold. A couple of games in and the left flipper starts to stick (and gets progressively worse) and does not want to return.

    Here is a short video of the difference in flipper action:

    As you can see, the flippers were recently rebuilt, so nothing is “worn out”.

    This is a head-scratcher to me. Trying to figure out what might be expanding as it heats up to cause friction but I can’t figure it out.

    Often times it's the flipper bushing if the flipper isn't gapped high enough above it. Lift up on the flipper boot from above as if you were going to lift it up off of the playfield if you could - make sure that you have some up/down wiggle room and that it is equal on both lower flippers. If you have no or too little gap, the flipper will start to drag after everything gets heated up.
