got pictures of the original and marco coil?

sometimes the original coil was mounted with a thick brass washer between the coil and the frame. Newer coils have the equiv. molded into the plastic, so you don't use the washer.

5/16" is a pretty big difference tho.

I think the height is the difference between a 5-whatever series coil and an x5-whatever coil.

I forgot to grab 5 series to take measurements, but your two coils look about right except the 5 series is mislabeled as x5.

I found a x532-1500 coil (44 ohms) which should work fine. pm me your mailing address and I'll send it to you.
