Dialed In
Jersey Jack, 2017HELP - Dialed In LTD EDT Camera not working ? - I have a brand new game with maybe 25 plays and the camera worked fine till about 15 plays into the new game. The Camera is taking photos of our arm and not our face. We have went into test mode and adjusted the sensitivity as per the manual and nothing seems to correct this , any suggestion how to get the facial recognition working again ?
Only had mine a few weeks, but after just reading the manual. Wonder if when adjusting face recognition if it Is more effective to wear a shirt that is dark if you have white skin or a light shirt if you have dark skin, so that the camera looks for the contrast. Of course this may be totally incorrect.
Before tearing into it much more, has the lighting changed in the room?
May be infrequent, but have found the camera will key in on contrast of items/movement based on it. Keep adjusting a bit.
Btw - If it keeps taking pics of wife or significant other not playing, turn the damn thing off immediately. (kidding)
