I have a DE Phantom of the Opera with a switch column out. My tests seem to show that the transistor for that column is out, so I want to replace that. However I don't have a manual and i'm not sure what is the transistor I need to replace it with. I know radio shack has some of these transistors, so I was hoping to grab one there if they had the right one.

Thanks!

I think you can find the info you need here:

http://mirror2.ipdb.org/files/1777/Data_East_1990_Phantom_of_the_Opera_English_Manual_Pages_22_through_30_only.pdf

They don't have the full manual but the switch matrix chart is there.
Good luck!
