In my opinion, I think the preciousnpsotwra auggestion if just getting boots is a good idea. Spend the money and get ones that feel great. Agree. I’ll fitting boots will make for a very poor apres ski!! Make sure the bindings are set for his ski level of course. I know around me there are a couple small shops that dedicate to skiing needs. I am sure that is also the case by you. Read some reviews of the shops and pick a good one and establish a relationship with them. Have fun
