Help!! Banzai run switches??

Problem is all the upper playfield switches work but non the lower playfield.
I can't figure out if it's a relay problem or a chip issue.

I don't know which relay is for the switches??
Any advice would help at this point.

Update to what I've tried.
Switch test no switches activate in lower playfield.
All work in upper playfield.
Coil test looks and sound like all coils and relays fire.
