I know this is waaay off topic, but the Pinside community has so many friends and helpful pinball people that I thought I'd post here for help.

My son Eric (yes of course he plays pinball!) is trying to get his dream job. PLEASE help him by clicking on the linked picture to open the vote page, and then click on VOTE! Thanks guys! If he makes it into the top 100 vote getters then he will pass into the next phase of job applicant selection. But yes you are right, he needs votes fast! He worked really hard on putting that one minute video together. One vote possible per day (or maybe per 24 hours) from a given IP address is the way I think it works.

The Dream Job is as a Cancun ambassador. Essentially, he would get a small stipend for 3 months, but he would also travel around Cancun "on the house", staying in various places and trying various activities, eating at various restaurants, etc. and reporting on what he experiences. It would be to promote tourism in Cancun. He'd be really good at it, and he'd really like to do it.

I have passed that along to him!

I just checked that out and it's a bit different than I first thought. The voting period will close for all applications on Dec 24, 2017 at 11:59 PM MST. They will then select the Top 100 Candidates based on a combination of two factors: votes garnered and quality of video submitted. Further actions beyond that will trim the candidates to the Top 50, then Top 5, and then the winner!

So, please keep voting daily thru December 24th! As someone mentioned above, it doesn't take but a second to click on the link and then click VOTE!

Perhaps they do, and perhaps some are using them. That's way beyond me though, wouldn't either know how to use a bot or how to make it vote with a different IP address every time! If someone knows, please PM me.
