For the moment, with machine off take your best display and swap it into first player so that you can play it.
Now that you are playing again you can decide to diagnose the other displays and fix or if your handy soldering you can buy a new led set from @wolffdp.

It's been worked on before. Use a dmm and check the resistors. You may luck out and just need to replace 2 or 3.
