Put the game in switch test mode and check if there is a switch closed.
Read the manual on how to do that.

Oke.... Let's try this...
Start a game.
Remove connector J2 from the MPU.
This disconnects the playfield switches.
If the problem remains, remove J3 too.
This disconnects the cabinet switches.
If the problem remains, the problem is on the MPU board.
This means you have a problem in the playfield switches.
Not on the board and not in the cabinet.
There has to be a switch stuck closed.
Did you use the little red button inside the coindoor, just next to the volume adjust?
