Game stopped scoring for player two, then progressed to not zeroing out player 1 and will not reset. I am clueless... Have the service manual but would appreciate any routine process to possibly trouble shoot or fix?

I can post a video and pics

Ratchet the 100s wheel by hand till it is at zero and see if the game will then start and play.
If thats the case, your score reel mech needs rebuilding (basically take apart, clean and put back together with teflon lube on the center shaft and pivots, but never on the coil or coil sleeve)
