To at least add value I have to shout out to pinoutgirl1975 for actually taking care of my year and half old order and fixing it in one evening. Sadly I chalked it up as a lesson learned but I'll be dammed if she didn't make it right and stood by the company's promise. Really a surprise and sincerely appreciated. I would Strongly suggest you continue to manage the customer and business affairs of PinGraphix to ensure the companies growth and success. Seems like a simple process of business to Manage Expectations and I do again Appreciate you making this right.
