It could be a movie poster, or lobby flier. The picture above has fold marks in it. For the movie Tilt (1979).

not a bad poster or flier!
Thanks man. That was quick as! Ive got to get this on ebay. Brooke Shields playing pinball.
Around 1990 there was a championship in NYC. That day there was a very bad snow storm so me and a friend took the train in and there was no more than 50 to 75 people that showed up. Brook Shields was one of them and it was fun playing pinball with her. Bally had cases and cases of game plastics there to hand out and since nobody showed up they said take all you want. It was one of the best snow storms I can remember.
Quoted from SilverBallz:What's a pinny?
Well Silverballz from where we are from a pinny is something a sports player would wear. From across the pond I guess its some kind of picture?

Thanks for your answers everyone. I now have the movie on order.
btw a pinny is a pinball machine. It's the proper terminology. In Oz anyway.
eg: "Brooke made my pinny tilt."

But some of us, then back in 1979 were about the same age.

Why yes, yes we were. And Christopher Atkins wasn't the only red-blooded teen that wanted
in on some of that action.
