    It could be a movie poster, or lobby flier. The picture above has fold marks in it. For the movie Tilt (1979).

    Around 1990 there was a championship in NYC. That day there was a very bad snow storm so me and a friend took the train in and there was no more than 50 to 75 people that showed up. Brook Shields was one of them and it was fun playing pinball with her. Bally had cases and cases of game plastics there to hand out and since nobody showed up they said take all you want. It was one of the best snow storms I can remember.

    Well Silverballz from where we are from a pinny is something a sports player would wear. From across the pond I guess its some kind of picture?

    There are two different images for the movie Tilt (1979). An American release shows an image with Texas highlighted. This might be an image on the International Release of the Film. This photo is on the DVD cover aswell.
