Speaking as the developer of a 3rd party game on each of the pre-existing modules, you can't go wrong! 
More seriously, Heist is a fantastic game, and with alternate games like Silver Falls, you have an entirely different ruleset, feel, and ways to utilize the existing shots.
CCR has the largest number of alternate and add-on games (currently).
I love all of the modules for different reasons. CCR has my first commercial game (RITR) and the CCR layout is one of (if not the) the fastest pinball games I've ever played. Loops galore. And the light shows!
Heist is very deep and a great layout with fun toys. The upper flipper on the right side is used to great effect. Every shot can be diverted!
Each module brings something different to the table. I hope you enjoy anything you pick up!
