    Don't stop me now multiball?

    Never really liked show tunes.

    Open fist of flowers?

Monty Python and the Holy Grail would be nice.

    #55 2 years ago

First music pin from Heighway should be Spinal Tap. Man, that would be great

    #56 2 years ago

I'd be down for Monty Python too, lots to work with there.

    #57 2 years ago

Spinal Tap, Motorhead, Sabbath and Priest, but I would prefer more sci fi titles than music pins, Predator, Blade Runner, The Running Man, Total Recall etc.

    South Park for the win

    #59 2 years ago

I think they have at least 2 licensed themes...this would have to be something relevant to now or the near future (or near past I guess). Queen, Spinal Tap...unless there is something "happening" with those I doubt they would put out a pinball machine. I suppose if there is a new album collection for any of these blasts from the past it's possible but doesn't seem likely.

I agree, so out of the pins mentioned we're left with Harry Potter, South Park, Blade Runner next year, Predator in two years.

Has Heighway given any hints as to when they'll announce the future titles they have in the works?

That would be make a great machine!

    #67 2 years ago

Agreed, too dated though with nothing new on the horizon...

    #68 2 years ago

Andrew mentioned a "british" theme at DPO 2015.
Thought it could be Monty Python as well. ^^

    #69 2 years ago

What's Heighways timing to announce their next title - Expo or something? This year's Expo sounds like another big one like last year.

I'd be down for Monty Pyton for sure.
That and almost anything Terry Gilliam has done.

Interesting. Well I've designed game 3 with Barry Oursler and the real answer will surprise all of you! I like the idea of a Monty Python table though.

    #73 2 years ago

    Doh! We're all wrong?
    Must be Coronation Street then.

A Doctor Who from this century would make me very happy.

However, it's probably a vault edition Full Throttle re-themed as Top Gear with the new cast.

    James Bond

Any of these would be fantastic

Does your profile picture have any connection to Game 3 ?

On a differnet note a Grand Tour pin would be interesting (spiritual successor to Top Gear with the same cast)

    #82 2 years ago

Hmm... a British theme? Maybe something along these lines.

A company cannot produce a third game unless a second game is manufactured and sells exceptionally.

    Highway is having difficulties.
Speculation has its own share of problems.

What is your source of information on the "Heighway having difficulties" statement? Because That's a pretty crappy thing to just put out there if you do not have any special info and are just guessing. Please back it up if you are gonna put out statements like this.

The funny thing is that you end with

    Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

Speculation has its own share of problems.

and that is certainly true for the sentence right above it, with Heighway having difficulties

Don't bother asking...100% fabricated but attempts to write in verbose fashion to lend said horseshit some air of legitimacy. Does it all over pinside.

For those pinball enthusiasts that believe I am advertly negative, Alien fanboys, or are not involved or have contacts in the industry, I will provide one simple direct final level of assistance regarding this subject.

    1) The Aliens license remains in final negotiations from 20th Century Fox and Fox Interactive. (From the standpoint of final production, not concept approval or the trademark license). I should have been more clear from than explanation beyond the initial legal agreement. This very recent, so if this has been worked out fantastic. Any further delays up to the point of production will result in lost sales. The reveal at Expo is the linkpin.

    2) Heighway underestimated their budget requirements for this title.

    3) Full throttle as a title sold initially mediocreally and has not improved. Being that it is no longer a "hot" title, does not allow this to be a rejuvenating factor for increased company profit.

    4) Market price testing is causing offsets regarding of machine construction regardless of manufacturer wilingess to maintain certain price levels. This is independent of Stern's home model marketing pattern. It is negatively influencing boutique manufacturers to build machines such as materials.

If you do not understand or believe me, ask Andrew yourself. If he is truthful and wants to talk to you, he will give you honesty.

Creating a pinball machine is an incredibly complicated and expensive process. This is on top of the factor there a various levels of non-defined levels of quality (not game design), just basic electronic regulations, which can even vary from country to country.

The comments list above are indications of an unhealthy organization, and something I would not invest my money, from the standpoint of speculation of others. I don't gamble in the pure sense of things like the stock market.

I am not trying to undercut Heighway, but there needs to be INCREDIBLE sales of Alien. Not only sales but delivery in a timely manner. A long delivery time is devastating to a company if construction cannot meet demand. All boutique pinball manufacturers even in the best of times can be tenuous in the fickle home market of today. JJP learned this lesson. Hopefully, all the others are better prepared.

I am entitled to present my informed opinion, but this is a forum full of trolls and the reason why most knowledgeable people left.

Arguments and fights are constant here.
People will always say "prove it" endlessly, regardless what you tell them.
    Counterarguments reveal nothing.

Mostly out of boredom, I would suppose. I am tired again of trying to explain things to people.

In this respect many are right, it is always the same thing here.

I would be extremely careful to invest time on thoughts on future titles of machines from any boutique pinball companies in this period of the market. This is exactly how people lose money. Not everything is a harvest of bounty.

    1) The Aliens license remains in final negotiations from Fox Intetactive.

This statement alone shows that you haven't a clue what you are talking about. This issue was raised years ago - and a member of this forum was shown the signed contract and verified it. Fox Intetactive? I think you mean Fox Interactive - and they aren't our licensor in any case.

    Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

    2) Heighway fully underestimated their required budget for the title.

Really? I'm the only one who knows what the expected budget was and what the cost of the game is. So unless you have perfected telepathy, then you don't have a clue.

I'm not going to address your other points.

    This is just stupid.

Well I only have one thing to say, why do you care? If its a gamble and a grown up person decides to take a shot then thats my business and its no different to me than betting on a sporting event or playing blackjack, also no one is forcing you to bet, I just don't understand where ur getting the passion to try and save us from a possible failure? If you have real inside info that theres a scam going on or something thats one thing but otherwise why speculate in a negative way? I'm curious to hear ur response sir.
